Be aware of speed restrictions in these areas. Torrey Pines, as well as a marked school zone crossing on W Flamingo near Ravenwood. There are additional school zones along S. Watch for the speed restrictions and cross walks along S. Demonstrate proper lane control, and stay within posted speed limits. Similar to Route #1, this course has some very long straight stretches. You will also pass by the Bryan Elementary School – speed restrictions in place within the designated school zone. Similar to Route #1, be aware of bike lanes and pedestrian crossings. Be mindful of the reduction in speed limit. Shortly after exiting left out of the DMV parking lot you will turn right into a residential neighborhood. We have marked these on our maps and dashcam videos – but be mindful of school zones and watch speed limits when children are present. The second is the Bryan Elementary School on S Cimarron close to the DMV. The first is along S El Capitan Way as you are approaching W Spring Mountain. There are two school zones that you will encounter. Also be aware of bike lanes when present and marked, particularly near school zones. There are many long straight stretches – make sure you stay within posted speed limits and execute proper lane changes when required (Signal, Mirrors, Over-the-Shoulder, Go). This course is fairly long and includes a combination of light commercial and residential neighborhoods.



As with all of the Las Vegas DMVs, the parking lots are congested with lots of traffic and pedestrians. The W Flamingo DMV is one of the busier of the Las Vegas metro field offices.
