The problem i have found with woods is that there is indeed 2-3 mil of loot on it pretty consistently, but the reason you can leave with it is because nobody else is looting the map. if you have to share that with potentially 9 other players (unless you kill them all) it quickly becomes 200-300k average and you suddenly realise its not worth it at all after you find the 4th or 5th place that has already been picked clean.
